Quality control is a traditional way that businesses have used to manage quality, which is concerned with checking and reviewing work that has been done.
Under traditional quality control, inspection of products and services (checking to make sure that what's being produced is meeting the required standard) takes place during and at the end of the operations process.
There are three main points during the production process when inspection is performed:
1 |
When raw materials are received prior to entering production |
2 |
When products are going through the production process |
3 |
When products are finished - inspection or testing takes place before products are dispatched to customers
|
The inspection process is to guarantee no non-acceptable goods would be received by the customers. It ensures the quality and also saves materials, labor, time, boost sales for us.
However we are not only doing inspection, but also improving the production process by implementing quality management techniques, more modern production techniques and more technical workers to ensure no defective output would be produced.
With focused efforts on these inspection and improvement, we main goal is to service our valued customers with best products always.
