Características:


Los ‘ABT16373A son D-tipo transparente de 16 bits cierres con 3 salidas del estado diseñadas específicamente para conducir cargas altamente capacitivas o relativamente de baja impedancia. Son particularmente convenientes para ejecutar los registros del almacenador intermediario, puertos de la entrada-salida, conductores del autobús bidireccionales, y trabajar los registros.

Estos dispositivos se pueden utilizar como dos cierres de 8 bits o un cierre de 16 bits. Cuando cierre-permita la entrada (LE) es alta, las salidas de Q sigue las entradas de los datos (d). Cuando el LE se toma bajo, las salidas de Q están trabadas en los niveles puestos en las entradas de D.


Protegido salida-permite la entrada (OE) se puede utilizar para poner las ocho salidas en un estado normal de la lógica (niveles altos o bajos de la lógica) o un estado de alta impedancia. Cuando VCC está entre 0 y 2,1 V, el dispositivo está en el estado de alta impedancia durante poder para arriba o poder abajo.
